How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

How to take Care of TSS?
Each piece is hand embroidered with a lot of care, Use a damp cloth or tooth brush to remove dust & dirt. Store your shoes in the dust bag provided to keep them bright & shining. If the soles get stained, use soap water and rub them gently with soft bristled brush and pat dry with a soft towel.

Whats your Price Range and sizes ?
Our price range starts from Rs.4500-6500 and we make sizes EU 35-40.
Where is your store/ where are you based out of ?
We currently do not have a physical store, we are an online only company based out of Kolkata. We stock with many multi designer stores through out India.

How can we place an urgent order with short timeline ?
Got a wedding in this week don't worry. The Saree Sneakers always keeps provision for some urgent orders. Feel free to Whatsapp us your requirement and we will surely try to make it happen .

our smallest size is EU 35 appropriate for young girls.

Can you make bigger sizes than your size chart?
Yes we can customise in any size desired but only in the flat version. For that please contact us over whatsapp.

We have 3 options - Flats 1” , heels 2” and boot 3.5”. You can chose any design you like in any option.
